About Edgar Alves
Professionally, Edgar has built a remarkable career as a personal assistant for the renowned Japanese music band Dreams Come True, a position he has held for 15 years. His responsibilities, including management and security, have allowed him to work closely with the band and contribute to their success.
In 2009, Edgar took a significant step in his career by obtaining his first real estate license in New York. His dedication to the field didn’t stop there; in 2016, he achieved his Florida Broker’s License, followed by additional certifications in Connecticut and Massachusetts by the end of 2022. Edgar is also a Certified Real Estate Trainer, having completed his training at Moseley Real Estate School. He passionately prepares aspiring real estate professionals for successful careers in the industry.

Born in Rio de Janeiro and a U.S. resident for over 30 years, Edgar Alves brings a wealth of life and real estate experience to his group coaching sessions. With licenses in New York, Florida, Connecticut, and Massachusetts—and certification as a Real Estate Trainer—Edgar combines deep industry knowledge with a passion for teaching. He’s spent 15 years managing logistics and security for the Japanese band Dreams Come True, and now devotes his time to preparing aspiring agents for success. Based in South Florida, Edgar also draws on his background in martial arts, music, and family to inspire and lead with heart.
